Bernie makes a ton of money no matter who wins. He basically owns F1.

Too much!
I am sure Bernie as a sly fox of a buisnessman and in no way a lover of sport as a pure game, will be making a lot of money from all this.
Why are they not telling us where this fine money will be spent...?It should go to a good cause.
I am asking questions...not answering them but agree with you sentiment Rachyt and so just wanted to support it.It's such a terrible thing to see money as the God...and winning F1's whole aim when taking part has honour...It seems to be forgotten in all the hype...Alonso and his ilk need to learn that honour is found through taking part...as the old peom goes......'If'...it is a truth ...forgotten and rubbished.
Britain showed the way...amature play is what its about...
There are no losers in sport if you try its honourable...
This is not war after all...but money and hype ruin sport...
Hamilton has driven well and toughed it out...and been a team player. He deserves this chapionship...If...he can just get over the line now...:oD
I find the politics and personalities of F1 interesting...more so than the racing itself...but hope to see more of the good guys and less of shumacher and alonso who take themseves too seriously

Psst, You know that $100 Million fine imposed by the FIA on Maclaren, dont say anything but I think they just wanted some money and behind the scenes Bernie and the FIA might split it between them!

Lewie is the worst thing that's ever happened to F1 besides Bernie, of course.

I read that Lewis could make $150 million U.S. if he wins this year's title. I think Bernie could make more. Who knows.
