I work in the technology department of a business and I know that the network people are constantly trying to find unblocked proxy sites so they can block them. It does not take long before they find them and block them.

There is a group http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/nafpl also that you can subscribe and receive daily new proxy sites in case this one is blocked from you
