Excellent question.
I've been feeling neglected by my 'friend' for some time now, she only calls or messages me when she's gotten into some kind of trouble & needs my help...She's ticking me off.

Hi,
I don't often feel neglected as there is always room in my life for my family and close friends but I do worry that I'm taking on so much at the moment that I will have less time for them and they will feel as if I'm neglecting them. At the moment they seem to understand.

That depends. I have some friends that are always there, and others who I feel neglected by constantly. It also seems the more I do for the ones that neglect me the more they try to tell me how selfish I am. Sometimes I wonder if they are talking about themselves.

Not as often as I used to. My on-line friends are pretty great. I just had to sort of separate myself from someone I thought was my friend in real life when it became clear that we didn't have that much in common anymore.

Eh, since we're girls, I feel like that every once in a while. I have this one friend that likes to play one friend against the other. Come to think of it, I wonder why we're all friends with her in the first place. Anyway, if one of us hangs out with her, she would prefer it if someone else was left out so she can brag to that person about it. She's petty....and she used to be my roommate, who moved out 2 weeks ago.

Too often by my real friends and occasionally by my online friends. My online friends are more reliable as well.

every once in awhile.... I have this one friend (actually married couple) who consistently doesn't invite me and my b/f to her ranch, and it seems like they invite everyone else..... even when we Always invite them to my lake house!!
It gets irritating, so instead of calling her all the time to do stuff I just wait for her to call me.
