What chemicals? Specifically...

What concentration and what quantity over how large of an area?

Pee is composed of MANY chemicals. Animals pee. Bugs pee. Ar eyou concerned about pee? If so what would you like to do about it? Too much pee in too small an area can destroy plant life wipe out bugs and potentially leave that small portion of land relatively barren and desolate. wiping the food web out completely.

Volcanos release huge quantities of chemicals and many of those can be quite caustic destroying entire ecosystems. This would more or less obliviate the food wed.

Volcanic activity can produce carbon monoxide is large quantities. All oxygen breathing creatures caught in these CO releases will die. This will disrupt the food wed.

Pollen is full of chemicals.

Dirt is full of chemicals....

What are you concerned about here? Which circumstance would you like to discuss.

You must be studying about biological magnification. Some chemicals are not metabolized by organisms, and they aren't eliminated from the body either. These chemicals are stored in the fat tissue. When these chemicals enter an ecosystem, they are concentrated as they pass through the food web. Each trophic level has about ten times the concentration of the chemical as the trophic level below it. That means that the concentration of the chemical in the big fish is ten times the concentration in the little fish. The concentration of the chemical in the bird that eats the big fish is ten times the concentration of the chemical in the big fish. And so on.

Sometimes this is called biomagnification instead of biological magnification. It's the same thing.
