Not in the least. Teachers get a lot of crap for what they have to do, and with all the things going on in schools today that was a nice thing to make it a little better of a day. For all the back talking, irresponsible, disruputive, violent kids that they have to teach (not all are, but there getting to be quite a few) they deserve a little something nice from parents.

Not stupid taking them to your kids' teachers; but, stupid if you took those flowers without permission even if they were extras because the company still owes them.

Assuming that you had permission to take extra flowers from your work....
That was really nice of you to think of your kids' teachers. Everyone needs a pick-me-up once in a while.
How thoughtful.

I think it was a beautiful gesture on your part! Teachers do not receive the appreciation they deserve. I'm sure they loved the flowers. I do hope it was OK with your boss that you took the flowers..maybe he/she would have expected payment.

hi there,
i think no, if there is no extra emotion involved. tell them that you have an few extra flowers in the shop and you have no more available space for keeping and displaying.
you're just being nice.
have a nice day

sad to say that it's wrong... because no matter how many leftovers or extra flowers the store has..... it's still not yours.... better ask their permission first... then give them a good reason if ever you really want something from them...... if you do it right.... you might be allowed to take them home always. Every employers loves an employee who ask their permission.

What a kind gesture! We all need a little something out of the blue to say we are well thought of and appreciated. This world be such a kinder place with more of that.
