I think few people would happily exchange their looks for another person's. We're all just comfortable being who we are. I was born black, I can't fathom being anything else, and I love it! If I were born asian, caucasian, or hispanic, I'm sure I would think the same about that race as well. I'm happy most everyone on here loves being who they are! Diversity is wonderful

Interesting...you should have asked WHY at the end of your question. Another question I would add to that is ....lets say roles were reversed and instead of living in the 'white' world of today, what if it were an 'African' world. What if Africans colonized societies and created their own images of beauty on tv, magazines and books. What race would you then want to be and why?

My answer to your question is I would never change my race. God has made me who I am for a reason and I accept it.

There's a lot of stuff in my ancestry anyways - black, white, native american. I'm cool just the way I am. People consider me black and that's just fine. So many of us are mixed with other races that it really shouldn't matter.

I'm European. I really like being European. I'm proud of my people. So I'll stick with what I am. I wouldn't mind being Japanese but I think that they have a bit too much of a group/conforming mentality sometimes. Can't really be such an individual in Japan like you can in the West.
