Yes, I take multivitamins daily to stay healthy! One with fat soluble vitamins and one for all the others.
There are about 35 vitamins and minerals that the body should preferably get from nutrition each day and it is very hard to eat so varied. Combined with a healthy diet it will hopefully help prevent some diseases once I get older. To me that is one of the best investments I can make!

Yes, I take Visuals. They are the only vitamins I can feel a difference when I take them. I am not so tired and I sleep a lot better too. Plus I don't eat a lot of fruits and vege's so I figured the vitamins would help.

Yes but not most common named ones as they are not as high quality as the ones I take. (I don't mean to sound snobby, it's just the facts in my experience.)
I'm on a good multi vitamin, digestive aid, protein, shark oil, pill for adrenal function, and a good green drink (kamut). It's best to rotate brands every couple of months or if you can afford it go to a bio-feedback technician who can test your body for exactly what you need and what your body will accept and utilize.

Yes. A consultant haematologist told me that although I had no problems, it was advisable to take 1 good quality multi-vitamin each day.
Apparently he did this also and told me it was a safeguard
against being short of one or more trace elements etc.

Yes. Children's vitamins. They actually have more of the necessary vitamins and minerals in them than adult vitamins. And they don't make me sleepy. Also, i don't always get all of my necessary daily intake of vitamins and it helps fill in the gap to make me as balanced as possible.

it seems like every time i start taking vitamins i get really sick so i usually don't.
however, i did take them while i was pregnant and nursing my baby - i took prescription prenatal vitamins. they're good for you to start taking like 6 months before you conceive, too, if you're thinking about it.
