I have a linksys wireless router and wondering if i can use it as a wireless bridge...

TITLE: linksys befw1154

Is there a firmware i can download? I dont mind installing any firmware on it, its a spare router..

I just want to know if i can use it as a wireless bridge, and if so, how?

This unit wasn't really equipped to do that. The WRT models can get updated firmware to allow them to do all sorts of things but this one didn't. It was a good router (and still is) just the firmware limited it to a routing mode only.

Get the WRT54 (much faster and can be made to bridge) with DD-WRT firmware.

I don't think so. An entire packet must be received from 1 LAN before the other transmits.
