No. Not only from my own moral beliefs but also because I do not believe that such a proposal could ever really be justified. It seems to imply a narrow minded prejudice against large persons (particularly large females?) Furthermore define 'fat'. If you're talking from an aesthetic viewpoint then perhaps it is appropriate to point out that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
If you wish to imply that there should be a definitive line between those that look attractive in such attire and those that don't such that they can be prevented from dressing that way then that is altogether too subjective a view to be upholded as law.

Unfortunately, good taste can't be regulated. Perhaps if all buildings were made of mirror tile and said "chicks" could frequently see themselves in those tube tops, the practice would stop.
I am female, but I do believe that there has to be a sad shortage of mirrors in American homes. That is the only reasonable explanation for why some people come out of their house dressed the way they do!

In a perfect world, yes. That would also outlaw pants so tight that 'camel toe' is the obvious result. Underwear would be just that 'under' your outside clothes (for male and female). I don't need to know Victoria's little secret, okay? For the guys, same deal with the tight pants, open shirts down to their navels and hairpieces that look like they stopped and picked it up besides the turnpike exit to skunkville.
What needs to be taught is class and style. If you had either, you wouldn't look like this in public.
Someone said this was a slam on overweight people.....lack of tact and class knows no weight classification. I have seen camel toe on skinny girls, krylon paint comes in all sizes. And the men with the Trump hair and open shirt with all the bling come in all sizes too.

I am five month pregnant, showing and weigh all of 120...as far as I am concerned I have every right to wear a bikini as much as a young little tiny teenager. I think clothing is an expression of self, any woman deserves that choice of dressing up sexy, casual, or formal no matter her size. If it isn't appealing to certain people they should look away, because obviously they weren't dressing up for you....besides, look at marilyn monroe one of the most well known sex icons and by today's standards she would be overweight.....

The law should be aimed at clothing manufacturers. Certain styles should have size limits on them. Daisy dukes, mini-skirts, tube tops, bikinis, ect should not be made above a certain size . . .

That would be really nice.
Can you please include fat chicks wearing leggings without a shirt that covers their butt? And also anything with a word printed across the buttocks?
Some people just don't know that they can't wear just anything.

You'd think people would dress with some care and know better. This goes for everyone.
