I am not sure what you are asking. Can you pass on an inherited disability, Yes. Is there something in the law about mother and child both being disabled, No, I have never heard of such a thing. There is no greater risk for a child to be disabled like its mother except for inherited disabilities. Of course if the disability is cause by some environmental factor, like lead in the soil, and the child is raised in the same place as the mother, then the child would have the same risk and chance of becoming disabled as the mother.

Depends on the disability, like a parent that has a learning ,hearing disability may cause the child to be a slow learner or their speech may suffer but this is not always the general rule
No --a child with a disabled mother or parent may miss out on some things in life like playing games with them etc But they usually grow up being more tolerant of others
A few illness can cause disabilities & can be past on from mother to child during pregnancy

Yes, a mother that is disabled can have a child that is disabled, but it doesn't guarantee that your child will be disabled. Some disabiliies are genetic some are flukes. I am perfectly healthy with no disabilities, but I have a three year old with a learning disablity(possibly autism), so it can go the other way around too.

Children can be disabled if the Mother is disabled but they can also be non-disabled. It is the same as if the mother were not disabled the children might not be disabled or they might be disabled. You could also have a mixture for example two that are non disabled and one that is disabled.

My son and I both have disabilities - but they are entirely different. My sister-in-law has bi-polar disorder and one of her daughters seems to have it too. My grandpa, my mother, and I all have the same type of inherited deafness that doesn't begin until we are about 40.
Some disabilities are passed on thru the genes of the mother and some the genes of the father. Some disabilities you have to have gotten genes from both the disabled mother and the disabled father. Sometimes both parents are nondisabled but one or both be carriers and pass the disability onto their children.

It all depends on what sort of disability you are talking about. If it is a genetic disability, then there is always a chance. Birth defects then if just depends. Birth defects can be a fluke - something just happens in the womb. With every pregnancy there is ALWAYS a risk of something going wrong. Its a chance taken. But no matter what each child is individual - and special.

its a possibility but it depends on whether the mothers been disabled since birth or her disability was acquired all kinds of things can cause disabilities environment, genetics, accidents. If you are really concerned there are websites on it and maybe your doctor can recommend a genetecist.
Hope this helps
