Not unless you need a better video card than what the onboard video is. Onboard video is basically a video card that is built into the motherboard so that you don't need an addon one. The only thing is that onboard video is usually not very good for gaming and whatnot.

Depends on what aplication you want to use. What your on-board card does is occupies a percentage of your RAM as VRAM (video ram) for application that require video. However, aplications such as games and latest 3D software may require powerful video acceleration wich on-board video cards can't supply. So, if you want to play games and stuff get an external video card.

It means the mother board can support graphics by itself, you'll only need to see if it fits your minimun requeriments... ;)
