I dont put a coat on when its wet cos I'm hardend to the elements. But however I'm taking a wild guess that you mean paint in some kind of way. So if that is your question the answer is: Dont put another coat on if the paint is wet, you have to wait till the first coat has dried otherwise you risk pulling up the first coat in the places where it may be wet. There are different drying times for different kinds of paint.

I have an idea and it may seem a bit radical to a few but have you tried reading the instructions on the side of the tin???????????????
