Aren't they though? If they don't get their way, they freeze up or kick you out. Just now I had to call our support team. The sound in my dictation system was so very loud that I could hardly tolerate it. Of course, no way to adjust that they say. Now, all of a sudden, when I have tons of dictation to do, the sound is so low I cannot hear anyone. Nasty buggers.

Hee!! Years ago they were a lot less friendly - using MS DOS all the time was like working with a cornered rat!! Windows is sooo much easier.
