Totally True...
Middle of my internship, talking on the phone with a football superstar and his amazing girlfriend, got called in to do data work instead.
So I guess, I was already at work, but ti was the worst possible time to be told that I had to leave to do mindless, boring stuff.

True, It was my day off & my boss kept calling me all day. So finally at 12pm I answered the phone when he called & he said I need to see you right now. So I said I am off today & really busy (only because I didn't want to go there) He said get in here now & hung up. So I only lived 5 minutes from work at the time, I drove over there (thinking the whole time I was going to be fired) When I got there He started yelling at me for something that was done the day before. I rolled my eyes at him & he yelled even more. Finally when He was done yelling I said are you done!!! He said yes now what do you have to say for yourself. I said well let me first say if you would make yourself available the mix up would not have happened in the first place. Second, you are an ***!!!! I walked out of the office saying that I would be back in on Monday! And nothing else was ever said to me again. When I came in on Monday he told me he was being transferred to another office!! Yeah ME! Sorry for the long story but you asked!

I haven't, but my mothers work asked her to go into to check (she's not even a cashier) literally right after she learned her father was on his death bed. She just hung up, I was so proud of her!
