Because our government is being run by people with a globalist agenda. They are interested in establishing a single world government. Our Constitution is getting in their way. Our sovereignty is getting in their way. At this point governments and nations are becoming little more than a public relations ploy.
Our government is telling us that it is in our best interest to allow them to monitor our every move. They are trying to suspend habeas corpus. We are being told that the world is so dangerous that we can't be trusted. At the same time they have allowed 12,000,000 foreigners to enter our country through open borders. How can anyone look at the situation and not put two and two together?
Unless Americans stop worrying about what this government will do for them and start worrying about what this government is doing to us all, we are lost.

It is interesting to see the array of answers given.
It is however annoying to see people telling to do the research and to do more reading , when , in fact I have done nothing but research the subject.
If anyone is under the assumption that we are in danger from terrorists, let me ask you this. When was the last time any of them ever took any of my Constitutional rights .
Ever heard of the Patriot Act, ever heard of Habeas Corpus...
Wake up people...you go do the research!
America and its future depends on it , and it depends on you!

Its called the Clinton factor. We fought communism and socialism off in the rest of the world and now it has infiltrated our own government. "I feel your pain..." The only thing we can do is empower the people (party) that protects that sacred document as opposed to defiling it. Vote Republican or Libertarian. We can not have even another 4 years of Clintonism.
