You bet sometimes I wonder if I Understand Myself as a Person, im not a very Confident Person and I do believe this is the cause of the problem dont go to the doc or they will try to precribe Antidepressents Stay Away from they F your head up and make you worse. Get out there and have a drink with friends if your not old enough to drink talk it over with a special friend, dont tell everyone about how u feel not everybody understands a problem sheared is a problem halved, If you have a girlfriend talk to her about how you feel if she loves you she will support you and try and advise you, I have a feeling it will pass in time, find a hobby to take your mind off your problem dont dwell on it all the time this will make it worse help other people if u can, and look around u there are always people worse off than yourself thats prob not what u wanted to hear it will pass in time believe me I went through something similar and I did what I advised u to do. Stay Healthy and Keep Smiling

I mostly felt like that as a teen. Then I got married. I used to feel like my husband did not understand me but we had a long talk and what I found out was that I was not being clear in my explanations which opened the door to misinterpretations by my husband.
It's not easy saying what we really feel or mean, especially when we're upset. Try to be as clear as possible and see what kind of results you get. When I changed how I was wording my sentences, for the first time in 8 years of marriage, I feel like he actually understands who I am.
If one person doesn't get where you're coming from, try to find someone else who does. I have my mom and best friend that I use as a sounding board and it helps to keep the balance.

Yes....
I remember when I was a teen. I used to cry a lot just because it seems to me no one understands me, even my parents. Its as if, everything I do is wrong, nobody listens to me. And that depresses me then.
But as time went by as I become more mature I overcome it, of course there still come a time I felt misunderstood, but not the same way as I was a teenager.
What im emphasising is that, you ll get over it eventually, as you become more mature, just be patient enough and think that you are not alone with that kind of feeling.
Everybody does,
it just depend how you handles it.
Just keep yourself busy, every time you feels this way try comforting yourself, or talk to your friends. But always remember, keep a constant communication with your mother coz they know best or perhaps your sister or brother. Talk to them how you feel.
Above anyone else your family is the least persons who would understand you and then......
PRAY.......
God Bless! :-)

Constantly! At my job--which I tolerate b/c I need the money, and I can work it while finishing my last class required for my degree--my boss is soooooooo dumb, therefore, she talks to me like a child. I really have to bite my tongue and say "Yes, ma'am (I will graciously do your bidding!")
At Sunday school, I don't give the trite, indoctrinated answer--maybe I think a little bit deeper. People look at me as I am up a tree.

I think that everyone goes through these periods of feelings that no one understands us. The biggest Image in our Likeness, meaning God Almighty...is the One I understand the least. Why did He allow all this suffering to happen?

All the time. I go thru so much and most of the things that I go to I have to handle on my own because no one understands me. But if you think about it no one really has to understand you as long as you understand yourself.

I felt that way until I met my boyfriend. He totally understands me better than anyone ever has. He is a wonderful man for putting up with my crap.

Yes, I have. But I know you are one of the few who understands me, since you posed this question.
