As for entertainment purposes, MVP & Mr.Kennedy could call themselves the "Talent Exchange" ... A guy from Raw and the other from SmackDown. They make better singles' wrestlers but aving them as a team would make for some great tag-team wrestling.
Honorable Mention:
Kane/Snitsky ... They're both bald and look mean, the kind of people that look like they escaped from prison. Since neither is being booked well as single competitors, why not slap a marriage ring on them and turn them into a tag-team?
