No, I don't consider it pornographic. I don't even consider Playboy pornographic, because even though the centerfolds are nude, they pose in tasteful positions and don't engage in very graphic sexual acts. I think that good examples of pornographic magazines would be Penthouse and Hustler.

I agree with tangerine. There is a difference in nudity and porn, and you're not even talking complete nudity here.

My opinion is that the cashier should learn to exhibit a little more of a professional attitude and try not to tick off the customers, but that's probably asking too much for the job she has. On the other hand, she could have been bored and thought it was funny, her own little personal joke for the day, you can never really tell what's on a stranger's mind. You can always go back and buy something else just to mess with her, lol.

No, It's no more reveling than Cosmo or any other glossy magazine for women. However, because it's a "magazine for men" women tend to think it's naughty. It really is the equivalent of Cosmo or Vogue, just different gender orientated.

I'm my opinion that isn't pornography. Pornography is sex. That doesn't have people having sex in it. It just has tasteful pictures of hot looking women. There's nothing wrong with that.

She didn't think it was porn. She thought it was degrading to women. A lot of women feel that calendars like that exploit women.

it's not pornography. Even if it were, it's your business, don't pay attention to immature females.
