It starts out all sunshine and roses, and fun and laughter, then you step out of line a little and you get a few VN's to keep you in line.
Then you start to grow a set and start pushing thier buttons and then SMACK SMACK SMACK, and you get a suspension.
Then you form bonds, make friends, they give you the courage to stand up for yourself and WHAM, it punches you in the face, you're on account number 15 now, bottom feeding at level one. Then you go back in disguise, but your friends don't recognize you, so you are shunned and all alone. So you take of your mask and before you know it, you take another hit from behind, no violation, just shot thru the heart suspended...
and then here you are, again, back for more....

Do you like abuse? How much is enough? My former husband punched me on the face. Why? He told me he had a child with another woman. I was trying to figure out how to make it work for us and his child. But, I wasn't acting the way he wanted me to. His punch was so hard, the side of my face was swollen and I nearly feel. Then it hit me. Here I am trying to straighten things out for a person who could care less about me. So, i walked away, and never looked back. He's not a good man. Telling other people of your shortcomings is like he wants them to do to you what he does. Luckily I didn't have kids with him. If you continue to be numb to what he is doing, he will start to do it to your kids. They see and her everything that he is doing to you. It only gets worse and more humiliating. I'm from the south with Methodist roots. A short sermon: a divorce is better than a killin'. Amen. As a good woman, you don't just up and decide to leave your husband. If he isn't man enough to keep you and treat you right, he should get a divorce, so a real man can have you.

Yeah, I've gotten violations, a lot for things I had no flippin idea
why. And more for pushing the buttons. But then I just lay low.
And I don't have all the friends and am not "known" to P&S

Well....so far, I've been in this "relationship" for almost 7 months, and I don't think I'm at the "pushing buttons" stage yet....or maybe I've just been lucky. But I am sure the way you describe it rings true for a lot of people....including some I know.
