I thought there might be some type of census report detailing what industries, whether they are service or product industries, have the largest problem with customers either welching on their bills or continually pay 60-90-or 120 days late.

The big problem is small companies dealing with big ones. The little man is often dependent on the big company which is far more capable or bringing pressure to bear for a creater period of credit than the small one can afford. it's legal but a disgraceful way of doing business especially when they do not honour eevne that agreement and try for even greater discounts

I would say credit card companies, but the truth is probably closer to cable companies.
