I want to work for cosmetics and it's by commission but I don't know if you receive a paycheck as well.

Sometimes there's a base salary plus commission, sometimes it's just commission. Depends on the organization. You'd have to ask them. If they said it's "by commission" they probably mean commission only.

I own a small business and my salesmen work on commission only. They get a percentage of their sales in a monthly check. If what you mean by a paycheck as well means getting a guaranteed amount each month they probably would say salary plus commission, meaning you get a guaranteed salary monthly of $500.00 for instance plus a percentage of your sales.
