you need to goto start-settings-controlpanel-adminitistrive tools-computer management then double click Device Manager in the left panel then you will see on the right a list of all devices.
Go down the list to the sound and game controllers option click the plus sign and come back and add the actual name of your video card[wholename and numbers etc]to this question then ill find your driver.

no you can not use any sound driver for your laptop you use only specific MICROTEL laptop model sound driver Go to Microtel web site and down load your laptop model driver.

It depends on what model of laptop you have. The sound card sometimes differs with each model.
