this form is called the y-intercept form....
to find your y-intercept you need to input 0 for your x as that is where it will cross the y axis.
y = 3/4(0) + 2
y = 2
so your point is (0 , 2)
a easier way is that as long as you have it in this form
y = mx + b
your y-intercept is your constant b
