I personally pick Batman-the guy is independantly wealthy, lives in an awesome mansion, has the BEST freakin' car ever made, is 100% real man, and has the most incredible gadgets.....

Based on the original comic books, it would be a toss-up between Superman and Spidey for sure. Both are very complex characters with cool super powers, but I guess I'd have to give the edge to Superman as to who's the toughest.
Batman? Let's face it, he bought his superhero status--he doesn't have any real powers, just gadgets. The villains of Batman are the coolest thing about him really, and I've always found his thing with Robin a bit creepy. Based on the TV shows, Batman comes up a notch (the old Batman TV show was way more fun than any of the TV Superman shows --it truly captured the feel of a comic book brought to the screen! As for movies, I think I would give the movie superhero award to Spiderman--I just love the theme of the unlikely, reluctant hero that Tobey McGuire plays so well, and that upside-down kiss.....never saw anything that steamy between Clark & Lois, did you??
Bottom line, Spidey has at least one or two "legs up" on the others in my book!

hands down super man !
he has only one weakness and y would he need a car he flies at the speed of sound oh did i mention he doesnt need gadgets hes strong fast has heat vision xray killer breath..lol
oh yeah bullet proof i mean if he wanted he could have 100 mansions like u said batman is all man he can get sick die of a heart attack while in mid air his grappler cable can break

I'm going with Superman ....on the grounds that he can do anything Batman can do ...only better and without gadgets & equipment.
Superman also can fight bad guys .... in the daylight & in outerspace.
