What internet browser are you using? Basically all you want to do is delete your internet history and Cache. In Firefox go to Tools > clear Private Data and Clear Private Data now. With IE7 go to internet options and there should be something similar as far as deleting cookies and history.

If you're talking about your browsing history,a ll you have to do is go to TOOLS, and then click INTERNET OPTIONS and DELETE under browsing history. lol have you been searching for something naughty?
EDIT_Is it just me or is there someone going around randomly giving people the thumbs down? Almost every question that I've read today has only ONE thumbs down right throughout each answer. Strange people...........

In your internet options you can find a place that shows how long to save your search history. You can save it for a long time or not save it at all.

if using firefox you follow these steps
1. click on Tools
2. select Clear Private Data
3. check Save Form and Search History
4. press Clear Private Date Now
if you're not using firefox, it's probably similar, but i don't know exactly how.
