No broken bones that I know of, but he skinned himself up really bad. He is staying at his ex wife's house until he gets a little better. Me and my husband are going to see him tonight. I want to bring him something to make him feel better. What could I bring. Something that is for him only. (don't care for his ex wife).

Oh, wow, your friend must have wrecked his bike the same day my boyfriend wrecked his- he was very lucky too, just a wrist that is possibly fractured but most likely just sprained, and some road rash on his knee and elbows. I know that my BF has really been enjoying sitting on the couch and watching DVD series of his favorite TV shows while he recuperates, so maybe you could bring him a season of a TV show that you know he likes, and maybe for an added bonus, if you know his ex hates a particular show that he likes, get him that one, LOL. Tell him I'm glad he's OK.

If you know what his favorite TV show is, give him a DVD set of some of the episodes.
But if you want to spend a little less than that, go to Barnes & Noble and get him a book that would interest him. (Barnes & Noble has an enormous bargain section with tons of great books).

Now some people might think this is mean, but my brother thought it was cute when I bought a toy motorcycle for him and told him maybe he "should start with this." When he had HIS accident.
