Not only is it true, but the lawn has to be at least 10,000 square feet or the lawn police will arrest you.

No, the law says that you just have to change the name.....you can no longer call them lawn gnomes....you have to call them deck gnomes, kitchen gnomes, garage gnomes, bedroom gnomes.......lol....I'll stop there...= )

absolutely not ... they are perfectly legal, PARTICULARLY if planted next to a pink flamingo, although the status of Lawn-jockeys is still under review
