LMAO..... I prefer spitting, but sometimes, a little bit gets left behind after you rinse and you end up swallowing it by accident....

WHO would want to ingest all of that bacteria infested foam, The human mouth is so nasty full of germs from god knows where, I spit the paste out,..That being said ,my own mouth has done some things that i`m very proud of ,.In my defense she made me do it,..,she used my mouth as her personal wash basin and there was nothing I could do about it,..She was my master and I was her lap dog......BOW WOW!...ruff-ruff.....Mr.Goodnight..

I drink entire tubes of toothpaste at a time and rinse it down with a tall glass of mouthwash. Yum!

spitting ofcourse. toothpaste, especially when you have those teeth bacterium is very dirty. why did you brush your teeth when you'll just swallow it?
