Father side: Great-great-grandmother was 118 when she passed and great-grandmother was 100 and my grandma was 89.
Mother side: Great-grandfather was 98, great-grandma was 90 and grandfather 78. I still have two grandparents alive and I hope they live to be at least 100, they are already on their 70's so that's good.

PS:I know you ask about grandparents, but I couldn't resit to tell you about my great-grandparents too.

On my mother's side, my grandfather was 71, and my grandmother was in her late fifties. On my father's side, my grandfather was 55, and my grandmother was in her middle forties (my father was an orphan by the time he was 17). I never knew any of my grandparents.

My mother's parents were both in their 70's. My dad's father was in his 80's. My dad's mother turns 91 later this month and still lives on her own.

On my mom's side, my grandma was 88 and my grandpa was 72. On my dad's side, I think my grandpa was about 80 or so, and my grandmother is still alive, last I heard. We aren't that close.
