Yeah I agree with you, aggression is good but not when it goes overboard, there is a limit. But I don't think he has crossed it... yet. Sreesanth doesn't have express pace not like a Brett Lee or Shoaib Akhtar. You don't have to be overtly aggressive to take wickets. That aggressive attitude would have been justified if he had won the game for India and taken a 5 for. But that didn't happen. He is a good bowler and like Dhoni said he may just mature with time.

Sreesanth needs to be careful, for his on-field behaviour & maybe yesterday he just thought to shine a bit on his home ground, Kerala.
"Symonds has said India's celebrations had brought out his animal instincts while Sreesanth has been talking more like a professional wrestler than a cricketer" lol
Sreesanth has to realise that this is international cricket and there are many people watching him, he is a good bowler but if he keeps on
miss-behaving like this then he will lose his wonderfull future ahead.
It could well be a taste of things to come with the pair potentially coming together in five more one-dayers in this series and four Tests and a tri-series in Australia.

If you would have seen the way he bowled against the Aussies, you would realise that he's such a great find. He would stare Hayden after every delivery, try to bully a great cricketer and on the next ball, he would ball in the right areas to control him and stare again.
He knows that just swearing isn't gonna win him matches and this is where he is different from Andre Nel who doesn't quite bowl well and just try to abuse batsmen to get wickets.
I think we should persist with Sree. He will learn to be a bit more consistent over a period of time.
Only coz he has the guts to watch eye-to-eye with any cricketer in the world and doesnt get bullied, doesn't mean he's over aggressive.

hi he is too dramatic, less talent, more histrionics,
see srinath he was modest, because he knew his limitations.
everybody cant be kapil, madanlal, wasim akram, dennis lilee..,
and sreesanth is not even a shade near to these legends..,
with several opportunities, there were never any signs of some genious bowling, clever bowling, good line , good length.
he is just trying to draw some attention, very immodest behaviour. very unbecoming of a simple middle class background chap from south.so sic,, when will grow up..
a catch here and bowled out there does not mean an arrival of great speedster, pace bowler.
irfan pathan, zaheer khan had all had gone through all this and have understood what counts, sreesanth better pull up and learn or
you can fool some of the time but you cant fool everybody all the time.

Cricket is a gentlleman's game.
Its players are expected to show good conduct on and off the field.
Ugly gestures and showing of aggression does not behove well for a team of India's stature.
Sreesanth is guilty of it for the second time.
BCCI should cut a piece of its offerings to him and warn him that next time, he would be dropped from the team once and for all.

Aggressive expressions not backed by performance will invite criticism.
It is OK with people like Andre Nel.Why should he direct it at Vaughan and Panesar.

I think the aussies are winding him up, just to see how he will react. at the moment he's a cross between a nutter and a circus clown, regardless of his ability. i think his team-mates would be slightly embarrassed for him.

I think he is doing a lil too much that what should be done on field..I mean, come on..we arent playing amongst friends..we are playing with professionals in the game...There should be respect for one another...
Poor Kid..got too emotionally involved in the game.
