Not sure of the severity of the e-mails you received but just push the report button, then contact yahoo to see if they can obtain necessary 411 to get this person send me the e-mails if you wish you are in my contact bbh

Did you receive letters or emails? Were you threatened? Maybe the FCC I believe they would be the ones that regulate internet. Good Luck.

I googled report phishing. and it took me to some sites where I could file a complaint. I also marked it as spam , and it has an option to report to yahoo. Other than that... unless it is a threat on your life.. just emails usually dont warrant a huge investigation.
Dont sign up for anything or give them any personal info.
That should help at least keep you safe.

Talk to your local State police I do believe they can direct you. Any more you can press charges for threatening letters over the internet.

If it is potential fraud, you should notify the local police. If it is a postal letter, you should also notify the post master. If it is scary for another reason, I'll need some details.
