Plastic wire / tie straps. They're very easy to install. Also, you can just cut off the excess after securing the wiring.

Zip ties, velcro straps, plastic tubing, etc. all are good solutions for tidying up wires.
BUT, don't forget the safety of you and the equipment. Any wires (single or bundled) should not be run under carpeting or across walkways. Keep it clear of areas where your chair might roll over it.
Aside from being a trip hazard, or pulling out the plug, pressure or wear on the wires will damage the insulation or break the wires inside the cord -- causing a fire or electrocution hazard.

You sounded rather vague on the type of wires, but give some thought to zip-ties. Bundle the wires together and use the smallest ties that will work. Of course that leads to having to run the newly bundled wires where they need to go in the most efficient way.
Ties can be found in any local hardware store, and come on various lengths and sizes.
good luck

There are cable grommets that you can put into your desk that route the wires through the back area of your desk. You'll need to drill a hole into your desk top in order to install one of these.
There are cable managers that look a lot like a slinky or a snake that wrap around all your cables to bundle them together.
You could use something simple and cheap like cable ties which you can buy at any hardware store.
I tripped over my keyboard cable yesterday so I definitely need these as well!

Lots of stuff that would help. There are velcro strips that you can buy to wrap them up. There are hooks and other things to mount the wires to the wall. Go to the nearest Comp USA store. If they aren't computer wires, then go to Lowes or Home Depot, they should have something to help you.

Simply goto Home Depot, OfficeMax or Staples. I have seen products which look like tubes where you can put all the wires going into one power strip which goes into single outlet.

Cheap & Simple,
empty toilet rolls or paper towel rolls, use them for all the wires to my computer. The thing I like most is that you can write on them all so it's easy to see what's what.

On line; go to www.amazon.com, type in "cable tamer" in the search. That takes you to a page that has all sorts of cable and cord organizers. One is called "The Large Cord Tamer".
