I used to think an Aunt Jemimah look-alike lived in the heating vents in my house and if I got near there she'd grab my ankles and pull me in. She had it out for me, at least that's what I felt. Ironically I sometimes would pee on the carpet near the heating vents. Maybe that was to piss her off? haha

This is a true story. I was like 5 or so at the time.

You remember those Egg-stealing Rapters from Land Before Time? I thought those were under my bed.

And the guys from AHHH Real Monsters? Those bros were in the bathroom.

Yes....after the lights were off my sister and I wouldn't let the blankets touch the floor because we were afraid the monster would climb into the bed......it caused a lot of frantics nights...LOL

Yes, my aunts told me a monster named Mikey lived in the closet. And sometimes they would throw me in the closet and hold the door shut so I couldn't get out. It was devastating!

yeah they were also in my whole house and when it was dark i would run past the bathroom because i thought something was going to grab me if i walked by.I still sleep with the t.v on but I'm not scared of the dark I'm just scared of what could be in the dark.


i don't let my blankets touch the ground either.

yeah, my older cousins let me watch child's play 2 when it came out on video, I was about 6 years old! the mental scars lasted for quite a few years lol
