Many "Dems" including Sen. Clinton are on the public record as opposing the moveon ad. Did you just wake up from a coma?
As a true conservative I always cringe when some idiot takes Rush's words as conservative gospel. Rush is just another blowhard entertainer who represents himself, not liberals or conservatives.

It probably has something to do with the fact that the moveon.org ad was calling out the Bush administration for hiding behind his general.
Generals don't get to set foreign policy, or make political decisions.
Meanwhile, Rush Limbaugh is moronic distraction - and I am not going to waste any more time discussing his oxycontin fueled tirades.

Many liberals were disgusted with the ad. Many of us dispise moveon anyway-it makes liberals look like idiots much the way Rush does for 'conservatives'

Let's look at the facts:
According to Democrats, it's OK to smear 4 star generals. It's also appropriate to pretend to be a US soldier and lie about your activities.
It's wrong to expose phony soldiers for what they are. Smear campaigns are protected by freedom of speech, and any attempt to go against that violates everyone's rights and turns American into a police state.

Can you say hypocrite. BTW, here's a list of people pretending to be veterans including Jesse Macbeth.
“As a Vietnam Veteran, and the father of a decorated Army officer currently serving, I feel very keenly the damage done by Jesse Macbeth and these other fakes,” said Jeff Sullivan, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Washington. “Macbeth’s lies fueled hostility to our servicemen in Iraq and here at home. Those who falsely claim medals for heroism, cheapen the recognition of our true war heroes.”

Two reasons.
A. I know what the Moveon ad actually said and ignore how the right has tried to misrepresent it.
B. I know what Rush actually said and how he has incorrectly tried to spin it, going so far as to post an edited transcript on his web site.

Limbaugh spits bile and lies everytime he opens his mouth.
That ad, was not only speaking the truth, but only posed a question.

They are pandering to their far left base. I'm sure they were ordered to bash Rush by Daily Cos and move on... Everyone knows they take their marching orders form these far left loons....
