Fruits Basket wasn't my cup of tea, but you would probably like it a lot.
Also, if you enjoyed Air and Kanon (2006 verions is superior to the original), then you should know CLANNAD begins airing tomorrow. CLANNAD has the same art and feel to it as Air and Kanon.
DearS is very simliar to Chobits as well if you enjoyed that.
Final Approach is a wonderful romantic comedy. It's also very short, so you can watch the entire thing in about 3 hours.

Fruits Basket is a really good one. It can be very funny at some parts but at other times it just makes you want to cry your eyes out. I'd recommend reading the manga as it is longer, has more detail about the story and is generally better.
Get on www.mangavolume.com, you can read all sorts of manga for free.

Tsubasa Chronicles and Millenium Snow are good ones for you. But Millenium Snow or AKA A thought years of Snow isn't on anime yet.... you can only read it but it still fits your criteria. Tsubasa Chronicles.... tear* is the best! .... it's really good too. Go check on crunchyroll.com they might have some you can watch if you don't read manga. Hope this helps you!!! =) <3
