I said before the season began that the Phillies and Yankees would play in a classic 7 games series. With that said if my Yankees don't win than it will be the Phillies.

well if you want to be nice, then the cubs should win it, the cubs have not won a world series in a long, long time. As a yankee fan, I want the yanks to win it again. In 04 when boston won, i was not all that upset, in fact I was happy for the red sox fans, can you imagine what is must be like to follow a team and wait 87 years for one championship ? as yankee fans, we are really spoiled.

yankees have NOT won a world series in the 21st century.
Cubbies have a better chance of winning than the yankees.

I'm sick of people thinking the Yankees will win eveything every year like it's owed to them.
They play of the games for a reason, so we will see who, I'm not sure I'm guessing a team from the AL personally but you never know

if you want to be nice it should be the Cubs? No way, sorry. If people want to be nice - and they don't - then it should be the Cleveland Indians hoisting the World Series champs flag over Jacobs Field. No one here has spoken up or given their props to the Indians so I will happily do it. GO TRIBE! WAHOO!

And I'm saying that even though I know I'll get a million thumbs down. Face it people...you may not like the Red Sox cause they blow your team out of the water...but they have an outstanding team...and statistics don't lie...
