Have you noticed that celebrites - no matter how famous they are - all seem to want the exact same thing that everyone else wants? The females all want homes, husbands and kids...........They can be rich and famous with perfect bodies and every advantage in the world - but in the end they all want to be wives and mommy! Do you agree? BHut they are so shallow that many of them can't stay married very long to the same person.

I often think about how I am not rich, not beautiful, I am overweight.....but I have been married for years, I love my husband and he loves me and we have 3 beautiful children with a 4th on it's way, we have a nice house in the suburbs etc............. do you think some of these celerities would give it all up to change places with me?

I have often thought that, actually. I am willing to bet that most celebrities didn't know what they were getting themselves into when they first were trying to make it in the business. Now that they do have everything money can buy, I would think that a lot of them would gladly give it all up for just a peaceful day of doing little things like grocery shopping and pushing their kids on a playground swing without paparazzi stalking them everywhere they go. I know that when I was a kid I wanted to be famous more than anything in the whole world, but then when I saw Princess Diana basically get killed by the paparazzi when I was 16, everything sort of changed for me and I realized that I wouldn't want to spend my whole life being hunted like that, so now I am quite content being just a regular office worker who gets to come home to my adoring boyfriend of 5 years and our awesome bulldog, and just chill in front of the TV for a couple of hours. I may never have my own jet or washboard abs, and I'll never get paid a million dollars just to come party at a Vegas nightclub for a few hours, but I think I have what really matters most in life. Great question! Here's a star...

Of course they do. It's just harder to maintain. Granted, we don't have fame and fortune, but we enjoy simple things they cannot. I can't imagine what it's like to constantly be bombarded with photographers, can't walk around the corner, go to a mall without being mobbed. And their private life is under constant scrutiny as well. It must be difficult to maintain balance, so I think they do sacrifice that becoming famous. But I don't think it's a case of them necessarily being shallow and not being able to maintain a marriage. Sometimes folks just have issues, I was married before and my ex had issues, wasn't that I was shallow and couldn't hold my marriage together, and marriage is team work wouldn't you agree? I think it must be difficult marrying someone who #1 is a celebrity with conflicting schedules, etc., or #2 marrying someone who isn't a celebrity and always wondering if they're with you because you are a celebrity -- but I do think that's why celebrities end up marrying other celebrities because they feel like they're not putting themselves in a situation where they feel like they're being used. . because the other person has wealth as well. But maybe that's the problem, maybe they'd do better marrying someone who doesn't want to compete with their fame, etc. Then I think who you are and what's important to you plays a big role - I look at Matt Damon and his wife is particularly famous, but they look really happy - and then there's Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, two celebrities and they look happy, and they seem "balanced"- this is Jennifer's second marriage.

actually no-one would have estimated John Sargent to win? Then why grow to be he interior the competition interior the 1st place? The tutor manufacturers could have positioned him there for the "easy entertainment" ingredient. Is that functional? He grow to be an obese over 60 entrant without previous dancing/theatre/carrying historic past competing against youthful, greater fit and greater agile contestants.. Why could he not be allowed to win if he grow to be deemed suitable for the tutor? actually the familiar public that vote could come to a variety who wins. i've got by no ability voted, by no ability will.

I think what famous people come to realize is that having millions of people adore you is meaningless on a daily basis. You still have to function as a human being, and we all want to have close relationships with others.

They are human! lol We all think alike when it comes to families and friends and luxury. Who does not want a FAMILY?

To answer your question,,,some do...they want PRIVACY to protect their family. Shallow is not the word for it. Everyone tries to make their marriage work...a lot have been together for a long time. and it's not just celeberties that get divorcce...doctors, lawyers, cooks, bartenders...it doesn't mean they are shallow...Why stay toegther if you make each other miserable?

No, i don't think they will because it's probably been their life ambition to be a celebrity. You can not have everything in life. But i've noticed same thing, human beings basically desire the same things.

I think that there is still a distinct difference between celebrities and us - regualar people want to have children for biological reasons while celebrities do it more for a namesake. At least that is my opinion.
