I spray the air in front of me and then walk into it and then I spray behind me and walk backwards.

The first spray is always on my neck.
Then I usually spray a little on my wrists.

It depends what kind of a spray it is because some can get sprayed in your you know what zone and others can get sprayed on the neck and arms.If you tap it on i would say on your wrists and behind the ears.

I spray or dab it on my ankles and behind my knees - to allow the perfume to waft upwards and not be lost in the air above me - as well as cleavage and wrists. And I don't rub it in, doing that bruises the perfume ;)

From head to toe...we're talking bodyspray/perfume but not the concentrate...for that'd would be wrists, just below ear lobes & nape of neck.
