hm, you did not give us enough details. he knew you would see him, so he whether wanted to make you lough or to suggest you something. he definitely wanted to tell you something with that style of clothes. what happened after he appeared in that silly thing? try to investigate, talk to him, don't ask us. don't refuse his suggestions. maybe you'll find it interesting.
