I've got Vista on my new laptop and I'm sick of the bugs, I just read this http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&articleId=9039958&intsrc=news_ts_head
and it said SP1 won't be available til early 2008! Do you think that's likely? And read the last paragraph, it seems like quite a large file so not good for my little laptop, grrrrrr. Why does it take Microsoft so long to fix bugs on their awful OS!!!! You'd think they'd hurry up with a service pack considering how bad the reviews for Vista have been.

The beta is out.

They are supposed to have it out in early 2008.

Windows Operating System is millions of lines of code. It is very complicated so much testing has to be done. That is why it takes so long. Look at the size of most programs you download and then look at the size of Windows.

installation service p.c.. a million won't harm any documents on your computing device. I is an replace which will fix specific issues that a lot of human beings have had with vista. Your computing device will little doubt-idly would desire to restart as quickly as the replace is comprehensive yet i'm particularly beneficial which you will no longer would desire to re-enter your activation code. i could say, definite deploy it. If there are any extraordinary issues afterwords nonetheless you could constantly roll-back to pre-sp1.

I haven't had any real problems with vista apart from the people who haven't tried it telling me it sucks...Every one chooses the OS they want. I believe it is scheduled for release 1st quarter of 2008, you have to remember this will include many of the patches already out so a lot of it will not be new.

the beta Version is out i tested it and leave it till service pack 2.as one is a rush job that should never have been let out.
time Microsoft gave some time to us normal users instead of all the big corporations

be careful there are some backdoor updates Microsoft doesn't want you to notice.just take a look at your event log.
its sneaky backdoor DRM software.

I have Vista and LOVE it. What bugs are you referring to? You can email me if you like and maybe I can help. But first thing you need to do if you haven't is turn off your DEP and I also foind when I left my user occount OFF i had no problems with those little pop up... if you want some help let me know..I will be glad to help with the problems I know the answers to . Once I did those two things I found I had no problems with things turning them selves off or pop up asking for permission every time i opened a program.
