it would appear that the police view of kerb crawlers is that without kerb crawlers there would be no prostitutes on the roadside which to mind is self-defeating as these ladies will just move locations ,maybe McDonald's could use the trade,it could be said that the police find brewers an invasion of police rights to the ladies that the police consider their own private romper room, who knows, who cares, ladies of the night/day will always be around, ask Hugh grant

I learned something new today. I never heard the term "kerb crawling" before. In the US they are street-walkers. I believe all "victimless crimes" should be legal: prostitution, gambling, drug use, etc. In a lot of European countries, prostitution is not only legal, it is regulated. The ladies are tested regularly. People on drugs go to rehab rather than jail. Let's put the VIOLENT criminals in jail, including domestic abuse offenders.

Mainly because it is a nuisance to everybody in the area.It is
also a dangerous practice whilst driving.
I think that if there were lincenced "houses" with medical supervision, those poor souls who can't get sex normally and
have to resort to "commercial" sex would be better served and it would be safer for the "ladies".

Maybe it is something to do with the UK 'Congestion Charge' when the pro has two men in the car at the same time?
