This is the most ridiculous thing I have seen in a while! Isn't there something better to do with all the money that is being wasted for this? Life isn't always fair! The funny thing about equality is that it will NEVER exist! You may think I'm cold and heartless but I think I'm realistic! What do you think?

sigh.

I normally roll my eyes when conservatives go on their la-la-land tirades... but I agree, this is waaay overboard.

The quote is just a statement of the obvious. Equality
is about a fined tuned in the USA as you'll find it in the world and ain't gonna get a whole lot better. Change what you can, accept what you can't change, and start learning the difference between the two. (that was also a paraphase)

Yeah that is pretty much the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in regards to lawsuits. The next thing you know, fireworks shows at 4th of July festivals will be too loud for deaf people, the Big and Tall section at JCPenny will discriminate against short people, and the petite section will discriminate against fat girls. What a joke, makes me very happy that we pay taxes.

You forgot to note that this was in California. There is something in the water here that makes us all crazy. Thing is, the rest of the country always follows what we do, so instead of protesting this (forget how asinine it is) you should immediately start a petition to sue Wal-Mart for the same thing.

Haven't you ever heard of the pursuit of happiness?

You know I read an article once, that the school where they teach seeing eye dogs were being sued because a blind man was walking down the street with his trained eye dog, and a lady purposely bumped into the dog to see if it would avoid her, and now she is sueing because she feels the dogs are getting lack of training.

Well that's why blindness is considered a handicap. Handicap meaning you aren't able to do everything that a person with normal sight is able to. Some things just come with having any specific handicap.
