Unless a person shows signs of being a bad parent, they aren't ordered into psychological or drug testing of any kind. Who ever thought that Kevin would make a better parent than Britney? She sure slid down the slide when she paired up with him.

Well if wants the kids i`m sure he`d have to prove he was no druggie,but going by the way he looks and speaks i`m reckon he uses them,but not taken any for a while knowing full well that he`d not get the kids if traces of drugs were found in his d.n.a

I haven't heard that he was to be tested, but I do know that they are both supposed to be going to parenting classes

i hope so. this guy played her like a real pimp. talk about an agenda. he knows how to push all her buttons, and she is playing the part to perfection. i hope she can get the people she needs behind her and she can squash the bug, and her demons. good luck to her. no mom unless totally gone off the deep end should ever be subjected to losing her kids. she asked for it and she got it. those who dance have to pay the fiddler.

he should,he couldn't take care of the kids he had with shar jackson britney was paying the child support. she was paying i believe 30,000 a month.

Who cares they both suck and do not deserve to be parents!!
OHH thumbs down, I am sorry whom ever thinks they are good parents need to have there heads examined and don't need to be parents themselves!! They are both awful and I feel bad for for those two little boys!!
