The FLESH of 'White' fish is white in color when cooked and on the plate.
The skin is usually darker in shade and ranging form a bule/gray to pink.

Whitefish is EXCELLENT for your health !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It contains 'good' oils and fats which are effective in reducing cholesterol.This can save us from a heart attack or a stroke amongst other things.

It contains a good dose of proteins.This will build a strong healthy body when coupled with exercise.

Fish will not make you fat.
It is 'quality' food (= good for you)
and not 'junk' food (=big mac).

White fish is rich in Omega3 and antioxidants. You should eat fish at least 2/3 times a week. It is good for your heart and brain.

I would bake it and out a little lemon on it
