Definitely take some over the counter pain meds to ease the pain, but yes...your body is stretching and moving around.
I had this pain really bad myself when I was pregnant.
If you go to a place like Babies-R-Us or another specialty store, or even online, they actually have a brace that you can wear over or under your clothes that gives you support in that area.
I never tried it, but my friend did, and she said it eased the pain a lot.
It's worth a try. It will be in the area with the pillows and breast pads.
Good luck!

I had the same thing with mine , your body is doing alot to make room for that baby and it will stretch alot over the next few weeks, you have pain because it's going fast, I take it you are starting to show already? If you are in position to lie down take the time and do so but do it on your left side that's gonna release some pressure off your uterus and hopefully it will subside after about 15 minutes. If it continues just give your OB a call they may want to see you, but it's better to be safe with that. I lost my boys at 14 weeks. I was pregnant with identical twins and the first one passed July 31 "deprived " from the nutrients needed by the other baby, I lost the other as well as a result of the stress related to the miscarriage I suffered.

Pain in the front of the pelvis is normal, you have tendons attached there, and that part of the pelvis actually spreads as pregnancy progresses.
The more active you are the quicker the worst of the pain will be over.
Do stretches. Take tylenol.

The pain you are feeling is because your body needs the pelvis to widen so that you can deliver the baby, but when the joint between the left and right pubic bones begin to loosen it can also become quite painful. To help with the pain try warm compress being placed over the pubic bone like a hot water bottle or a heat pack, and or use Tylenol

i'm 23 weeks pregnant and my back harm extra early on in being pregnant than it does now. i think of that is in basic terms from all the ligaments loosening and each thing being rearranged to make room for the baby. For the previous month or so I incredibly have not had very plenty back discomfort and my abdomen is getting extensive!

do butterfly stretches and lay partially over your legs that helps(if it hurts then dont, it is most likely growing pains, also take gas pills, if you have any gas in there it gets it out and then there is a bit more room and the tendons do not have to stretch so much, tylenol helps with the pain,
