i have 109 cards and in a reading 13 cards are laid down
you read the 13 cards as each position has a repesective answer as i was wondering would it cost me much to get somebody to design an automated reading program on the web

It would be a very easy to write piece of software. However, wouldn't that essentially be a random fortune telling machine? I thought there was supposed to be "magic" (lol) in the cards - if you take the cards and the reader out of the equation, all you'll be left with is a box that gives you randomly generated opinions about the future. It would be even easier to write a program that would give identical results but without going to all the trouble of simulating a deal of tarot cards! I think you've missed the point of tarot readings somewhere along the line...

Considering what you ask would require custom programming, I would venture to say YES it would cost a lot of money.
