I've only ever heard it called "Knock Down Ginger"...

I'm curious to what degree on the intellectually challenged scale one has to be to ask such a pointlessly inane question?
If I had to quantify it, my closest estimate wouldn't be far off infinity!
I don't, for the reciprocal of infinity's chance think that I'll get questionners best answer for this reply... then again who knows the terminally stupid are so unpredictable!
