Geez, that is a tough one. Popcorn won't hurt but will go everywhere. But a handful of mashed potatoes, now that has a nice "splatter factor". An overripe tomato however, that's a real good one. It has the splatter factor, it stains and it has that satisfying SPLAT sound when it hits. I guess it depends on the situation.

I don't throw food. throwing food is disgusting, and a huge waste. It really shows just how spoilt our society has become, we have such an excess of food that people can indulge in such wasteful acts.
Other societies have to fight for food, and die of starvation. Maybe next time you have that urge to throw something think of how much someone else might need that food.
eh thats my rant for today.

All the times I threw food on smebody/ somewhere, the food was creamy. All the times I vomited, the vomit was creamy. So the food I like to throw is creamy
