She is an old retired lady who used to occupy a senior position in the government and now she works with me in the same place. I once was having a private conversation with my boss and I saw her eavesdroping. I can no longer respect her. I've once bought chocolate bars for all the ladies in the office, and I had to buy her one coz she is a lady. She opened the bar and she noticed that the cover didn't have the expiration date printed on it, so she ran to another colleague and told her. She made it look like if it was my friging fault! After two months we were in a conference and she happened to see the head of the consumer protection agency and she told him: "My colleague bought me a bar of chocolate and it didn't have the expiry date on it, and I still keep the cover in my desk." I was standing close and I heard the conversatin and I was shocked! The problem is that she is in position to review my work, but i dont like to deal with her anymore. Should I just try to get along with her?

Wow thats wacky, anyone who can't see that is wacky themselves. So yea just go with it, chances are ALOT of others at your work have seen OTHER wacky behavior in her and this isn't something new. I mean really, keeping it? Seems ether she IS getting alittle to old to function quite right. Are she is an old vindictive person who is pretty much falling apart. But that was just weird, so try talking to the other people at the office about to make sure that they see things the way you do, sort of divide her from the rest of the people that way, so she sort of losses her power. I don't think talking to her is going to go very far, how does she justify that with in reason? You lol can't.....

I know she try to give you hard time, but you don't need to take that. Why? So if I'm you I'm talking to her, just say what you think about all. You have the right to say what you are thinking, we are living in a free country.
Make something like invite her for coffee at the office and put some cookies or something sweet next to her coffee and just look over it, there is a expirating day on it. Make little fun about her attitude, I don't think so you are loosing your job for that. Who is she???? Earning the whole company.
Good luck and don't worry so much.
