I'd rather follow someone's lead as long as we are on the same page. I won't do things I feel are wrong for me.
If it is a situation that requires a leader and I feel qualified I do not have a problem stepping up. I try very hard not to get in people's way but to be of help.

It depends on what HAT I have on for the moment.

1. Teaching mode then lead.

2. Learning mode then follow.

3. BiTcHy mode then get my booty in the way!!

It can go any way depending on the people that surround me. Generally, I am in the lead mode.

To lead. I'm such a control freak sometimes!! (But mostly I like to share the "power" lol) I guess depending on the people and/or circumstance it is in my nature to be all 3.

I've been known to influence folks here and there (whether good or bad influence is purely subjective), but in the workplace, I'm usually in the way!
